By using Showcazy, you agree to use the service lawfully and only upload work you have permission to use and share.

Your content

You retain ownership of uploaded designs. You grant Showcazy the limited rights needed to store, process, display, and share that content according to your presentation settings.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Plan changes and cancellations are managed through billing settings. Usage limits and features may vary by plan.

Availability

Prices and AI credits

Premium is US$5 per month and Pro is US$10 per month, plus applicable taxes disclosed at checkout. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Pro includes 10 AI generations per billing cycle; unused included credits do not roll over. Placement adjustments do not consume credits. New scenes and regenerations consume one credit. AI output can be inaccurate; review it before use.

Acceptable use and account security

You are responsible for your account and for having rights to your uploaded content. Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, harassment, or attempts to bypass security or usage limits. We may restrict accounts for abuse, with notice where appropriate.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel through billing settings or contact support. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues through the paid period. Contact support for billing errors or refund requests. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and applicable Canadian law, subject to mandatory protections in your jurisdiction. No provision excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support first to resolve a dispute.

We work to keep the service reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Do not use Showcazy as the only copy of important design files.
