Showcazy stores the account, presentation, image, and billing information needed to provide the service. Presentation visibility is controlled by the author.

What we process

We process account identifiers, uploaded design files, presentation settings, product usage, and subscription status. Payment details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Showcazy.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, save and share presentations, provide AI generation when requested, support billing, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Cookies and Google Analytics

Essential cookies support authentication and security. Optional Google Analytics measures pages visited, device and browser information, approximate location, and interactions to help improve the service. It is loaded only after you accept analytics. Advertising personalization is disabled. You may reject optional cookies without losing access to the service, or withdraw permission through Cookie settings. We remember your choice for up to six months.

Service providers and international processing

We use Supabase for accounts, data and file storage, Stripe for payments, OpenAI for requested AI mockups, Sevalla for hosting, and Google for consented analytics. These providers may process information outside Québec or Canada. Uploaded artwork is sent to the AI provider when you request generation. Do not upload confidential information without appropriate authorization.

Retention and security

Account information and uploaded content are retained to operate your account and presentations. You may request deletion. Some records may remain where required for billing, legal obligations, security, or backup recovery. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Access, correction and complaints

Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We may verify your identity before acting. You may also contact Québec’s Commission d’accès à l’information.

You can make presentations private, remove presentations, and request account deletion. Contact [email protected] for access or deletion requests.
